General Housekeeper

General Housekeepers assist with more complex instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). We understand the needs of a busy household and can provide you with an experienced Housekeeper to help you manage the fast pace of your life. We have just the person for you if you are looking for a little extra help with house and yard cleaning, cooking, laundry, or even a driver to run errands.

• Cleaning your house:
  Your housekeeper will ensure each room in your home stays clean and tidy.
  
  
• Yard Work & Organizing:
  Your housekeeper can help you keep your home organized daily and assist with special projects.  Whether you need help with organizing closets, cupboards, your attic, or your garage, your housekeeper will be there to help.  Your Carpals housekeeper can also assist with Spring and Fall cleaning, clearing clutter, removing trash, garden maintenance, and grass cutting when an extra pair of hands is just what you need.
  
  
• Winter cleaning:
  Light snow removal and salting can be done through our housekeeper during the winter.
  
  
• Preparing meals:
  Planning and preparing the various aspects of meals, including shopping, and storing groceries.
  
  *Home Support Workers are not trained to make specialized meals; however, they can prepare regular meals that do not require dietary restrictions.
  
• Laundry:
  A busy family can have lots of laundries.  Your Carpals housekeeper will be able to keep up with your laundry, so you do not have to.
  
  
• Ironing:
  If ironing is part of your job description, look no further.  Whether you need your sheets, shirts, or school uniforms ironed, Carpals will find a housekeeper who can help.
