Commitment to Quality Care
CarePals is a team of healthcare service providers that is made up of a dedicated group of Registered Practical Nurses (R.P.N.), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), General Housekeepers, Residential Support Workers, Motor Vehicle Accident Managers, and Legal Health Administrators (LHA). The team assists clients to live more comfortably, safely, and as independently as possible at home and in community care settings. CarePals is managed and owned by all members of its team, and we refer to everyone on board as Team Members. The office is close to the downtown core, but the team is dispersed throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Finding the right home care provider can be a complicated process. It can be hard to know where to start with so many factors to consider, like pricing, policies, and accreditation status. CarePals do not make promises; we make commitments. Getting a paycheck is not part of our core goals and mission. Providing healthcare services that are affordable, accessible, and embodying patient-centered approach care is our goal and mission.

Our Professional Team Members are in good standing
All our Professional Team Members are in good standing with the applicable college and have the required license and training to perform the tasks required. The Professional Team Members who do not belong to a college or professional body have been fully trained by a licensed professional to perform their functions—all Team Members who join CarePals consent to a vulnerable sector screening and reference checks. Our Team Members are also trained to conduct themselves ethically by embodying the legal frameworks involved when performing their tasks.
